Confirmation will be sent to you by fax, telephone or email. We will do our best to respon  your questions within 12 hours.

*Rates

For rates we dont put in every tour package  but you can send us email for checking the rates and its really quick response. All tour price on quoted nett  per person in IDR

*Payment

bookings are confirmed when received a deposit of 40%. The balance of payment has to be paid within 10 days before the tour package starts and the payment can be done by doing international transfer to our following Bank account:

*Cancelation Policy

We suggest better to read the cancelation policy before finally you make booking with us :

Up to 30 Days : No cancelation fee

From 21 days  before the tour starts: 25% of the total amount

From  14 days before the tour starts : 50%

From 7 days before the tour starts : 75% of the total amount

Cancel on arrival or No show: 100%

*Responsibility

Florescharm Tours and Travel only act as an agent for hotel, transport, carriers. We are not responsible for any  injury, lose or damage for all your things during the trip. Additional expenses cause by the extraordinary event like delay, accident ,dead, natural disaster, political actions  must be borne by the traveler.

*Travel Insurance
To avoid any risk during on the trip, we suggested that traveller have on their own insurance, which should cover, medical, lose of money, personal accident and personal liability, surgical and dental and additional expenses,etc.

*Tour Program
All the tour programs that we have will be organize on private tours, small group, big group, and focus on  trekking, hiking,diving, snorkeling, adventure tours,culture etc . And the tour pacakges we provide you the firsthand tour prices and everything we control directly the quality  for all of our tours package

*Condition of  Sale :

The reservation should be made 3 weeks  in advance or in urgent booking on the same day. In july till September its high season make booking at least 30 days in advance. Reservation confirmation will be based with the avability of the room and boat or car avability.

*Accomodation :

Our tour program based on adventure tour. So in every tourist spots you will stay at homestay, local people house, small hotel or even standart hotel also sleep on the boat for komodo dragons tours. For international hotel or Starts hotel only can be found in Labuan bajo - West Flores island.

*Condition:

If there is any change of the tour program during the trip (especially oversea tours) cause of the bad weather like strong winds, waves, raining and the participant must accept the condition that the tourist spots changed  and of course our captain will take you to the safe spots.  And if this condition in the land cause by the accident, natural disaster, political action etc , the participant must accept the condition  and be patient to get the confirmation from the guide or driver. And if there is a problem with the boat or car during the trip we will quickly replace the other boat or car and the participant must accept this condition and be patient for waiting the  boat or car replaced.
